Die Nigeria Connection oder Tränendrüsen-Briefe per E-Mail kennt man ja mittlerweile zur Genüge. Dass diese wankenden Gestalten jetzt aber auch in aller Herrgottsfrühe per Fax den Hausfrieden brechen und zudem Tinte bzw. Papier auf Kosten des Empfängers verschwenden, ist mir in bislang nicht untergekommen.

Hier der Wortlaut des Schreibens:

Let me first of all inform you, 1 got your fax number from a fax Directory and decided to fax you for a permission to go ahead. I am Mrs. Janice Uswatta, I am married to Dr. Froddy Uswatta from Mauritius who worked with a. construction company in Asia for twenty five Years before he died the tsunami disasters, we were married but without Any children. Since his death I decided not to remarry and presently I am 69 Years old. When my late husband was Alive he deposited the sum of $15.5 million (Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand. Dollars) with an European security company.

Presently this money is still with the security company and the management just wrote me as the beneficiary to come forward to receive the deposited consignment or rather Issue a letter of authorization to somebody to receive it on my behalf if I cannot come over. I am presently undergoing treatment for Cancer of the lungs, I have since lost my ability to talk and my doctors have told me that I have only a few weeks to live. I want a person that is trustworthy that will utilize 80% of this money to fund orphanages, disaster victims and widows around the world but in our name Dr. and Mrs. Uswatta Foundation.
